Here is my finished product guys!
I am happy with how it turned out for the most part. The picture I used had the car in motion and drawing the rims to make it look like it was traveling along the road wasn't that great. :/
On the more positive side of things I actually made it look like a white car. Before I probably would have just shaded the whole thing but I left it as is and it came out nice.
